Alex Curry is the co-host of Esquire Network's reality competition series "Team Ninja Warrior."

From a young age, Alex Curry studied musical theater and trained as an actor, appearing in school plays and television shows such as "Still Standing" and "7th Heaven." She continued her studies at San Diego State University (SDSU) where she received a BA in Journalism Media Studies with a minor in Marketing. During her tenure at SDSU, she took many film studies classes and began working behind the scenes for the Joe Lewis Production Company and Fuel TV. Curry also played Soccer at SDSU and helped her team take home a NIRSA National Championship in 2006.

As a lifelong Southern California resident, Curry maintains an active beach lifestyle while promoting a healthy diet and regularly practicing yoga. She is also an active volunteer for Growing Great, a non-profit organization that focuses on inspiring children and adults to adopt healthy eating habits.
