Amy Aquino stars in "Bosch" on Amazon as Lt. Grace Billets.

Amy Aquino is a familiar face who's been making her living as an actress for over 25 years. After earning her BA from Harvard and her MFA from the Yale School of Drama, she spent five years in New York doing theater (on and off Broadway, and regionally) and appeared in films such as "Working Girl" and "Moonstruck."

Aquino relocated to Los Angeles to star as Phyllis Berger on the critically acclaimed series "Brooklyn Bridge" and went on to make countless guest appearances on other shows, including recurring roles on "Being Human," "The Finder," "Harry's Law," "Brothers & Sisters," "ER," "Everybody Loves Raymond," "Judging Amy," "Picket Fences," "Felicity," "Freaks and Geeks," "Curb Your Enthusiasm," "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation" and "Crossing Jordan," and was featured in the films "Boys on the Side," starring Drew Barrymore, "White Oleander," alongside Michelle Pfeiffer and Renée Zellweger, "A Lot Like Love" with Ashton Kutcher and Amanda Peet, "National Security," starring Martin Lawrence, "The Singing Detective," opposite Robert Downey Jr. and Mel Gibson, Paul Weitz's "In Good Company," starring Dennis Quaid and Topher Grace, and "In My Sleep" with Philip Winchester and Lacey Chabert.

Aquino also has returned to the stage, performing at the Mark Taper Forum, Geffen Theater and South Coast Repertory and in New York in Wendy Wasserstein's "Third" at Lincoln Center.

Aquino was elected Screen Actors Guild's (SAG) national secretary treasurer in 2009. She is the primary elected liaison for the Guild's budgetary and financial matters, serves as chair of the Finance Committee and is a member of the Strategic Planning Committee and National Executive Committee. She previously served two terms as first vice president. She served on the Negotiating, Finance and Merger committees, among others, and was the Hollywood liaison to the Regional Branches . During her long tenure as chair of the Communications Committee, she spearheaded the creation of SAG's website, merchandising and Independent Film Outreach program, as well as the rebirth of Screen Actor magazine and the Hollywood Call Sheet.
