Anna Kaiser is one of the trainers featured in ABC's "My Diet Is Better Than Yours."

A celebrated fitness authority and elite personal trainer with a background in professional dance and sports medicine, Anna Kaiser began her career teaching ballet, body conditioning, and dance cardio at the Reebok Sports Club/NY and The Sports Club/LA in 2003. Her natural enthusiasm, terrific sense of humor, and reputation for results quickly made her the preferred trainer of such celebrities as Kelly Ripa, Shakira, and Sarah Jessica Parker.

Kaiser's diverse background, vigilance to client needs, and unremitted passion for fitness and helping others, are just a few of the qualities that set her apart. After earning a BFA in dance from the University of California in 2002 (Cum Laude), she studied kinesiology, sports medicine, and functional anatomy at Mount Sinai Medical Center. She then went on to acquire teaching certificates in Pre/Post Natal, Pilates, TRX (Total Body Resistance Exercise), and NASM (The National Academy of Sports Medicine).

Kaiser has also appeared in music videos for pop stars such as Shakira, touring internationally with the cast of "Fame!," serving as a principal dancer in Disney's feature film "Enchanted," performing in Broadway's 50th Anniversary of "West Side Story," and joining the stage at Carnegie Hall for "Showboat."

Kaiser's journey in fitness progressed as she lent her expertise to a number of workout programs including Beachbody's "Insanity" and "The Denise Austin Series." Her first DVD, "Expecting More: The Complete Pregnancy Fitness System for Fit and Healthy Moms-to-Be," which she artistically directed, co-created and co-produced, received rave reviews internationally, and became a gold winner at the National Parenting Publications Awards (NAPPA) in 2013. She put the rest of her abundant energy into researching high-performance workout methods capable of creating long, lean, bodies in a safe, fun way and began using her technique with results-driven clients. Kaiser's motto, "movement with purpose," would eventually become the backbone of her namesake approach to total fitness, (the) Anna Kaiser Technique (AKT), which she formally introduced in 2012.

Now, through AKT, Kaiser combines all of her years of expertise in performance and training to create a cross-training technique that incorporates the best workouts available (dance, HIIT, strength training, flexibility) in the most effective, efficient and fun way. After years of personally bringing these services to clients in New York City, Connecticut and the Hamptons, she is now making her trademark technique available through AKT.
