Ben Esler stars in "Hell on Wheels" on AMC as Sean McGinnes.

Ben Esler is an Australian actor who appeared in HBO's miniseries "The Pacific," starring Joseph Mazzello, James Badge Dale, Jon Seda, Ben Chisholm and Chris Milligan.

Esler was also appeared in the Australian TV movie "Curtin" and the police drama series "Blue Heelers."

Esler graduated from University of Melbourne.
