Blair Herter is one of the correspondents on G4's daily live series "Attack of the Show!" which covers everything from videogames to music to gadgets to downloads. He is also the games correspondent on "X-Play," television's most watched and longest running video game series, with reviews, previews, tips, tricks, interviews and all of the information you can handle about the videogames that you love, and love to hate.

Often described as a hotter, yet nerdier version of Conan O'Brien, Blair Herter has many diverse talents that have seen experience within the industry.

Blair was born in San Antonio, Texas, and raised in Scott, with a little time in Opelousas, Louisiana, and Duson, Louisiana, sprinkled between. He attended the University of Southwestern Louisiana (USL), where he studied Liberal Arts and minored in, as he puts it, "being awesome." In 2001, while in college, Blair was picked as one of the seven lucky young adults to travel the world in a Winnebago for MTV's "Road Rules: The Quest."

Blair's hosting career jump started into full gear when MTV took a liking to his outgoing personality while he was on "Road Rules." In fact, they liked him so much that they employed him as a host and writer for a number of projects, including "G-Hole," a video game show, as well as "VMAs 2005 & 2006: Pre-Show," "The After Show," and multiple seasons of "The Real World" launch specials for Austin, Denver and Australia. While at MTV, Blair also hosted a dating show pilot called "Mystery Match," which was an attempt at recreating the show "Singled Out" for the next generation as well as TV shows "Band in a Bubble," "The Big Ten," and "High School Stories."

In 2007 Blair joined the tech-savvy, G4 network, as a correspondent and host for various specials such as, "Clash of the Titans Movie Special" and the "Terminator Salvation Movie Special." In addition, each year Blair has been a correspondent for "Comic Con Live" and "E3 Live," which is a week of live coverage from the two biggest conventions of those respective industries. He also gets to test fast cars, chat with actors about their latest films, delve into the 420 counter-culture and drink beers with "Stone Cold" Steve Austin.

Blair is an expert on explaining the terrifying world of technology to the layman in an easy to understand manner, and is a wiz on video games and comic books as well (just try him!). From explaining why the iPad isn't just an oversized iPhone, to letting you know which video games are sure to be huge this year, he is the one to ask.

When Blair isn't in front or behind the camera, this avid gamer and comic book aficionado enjoys giving back to his community by lending a helping hand to organization such as Elizabeth Glazer Pediatric Aids Foundation and the Susan G. Komen Foundation.
