Brandon Hatmaker hosts HGTV's home renovation series "My Big Family Renovation" along with his wife Jen Hatmaker.

Brandon Hatmaker is co-founder of Restore Communities, a missional strategist with Missio, and author of "Barefoot Church: Serving the Least in a Consumer Culture."

He is married to author and speaker Jen Hatmaker and has recently added to his family via adoption from Ethiopia. Brandon and Jen are the proud parents to five kids: Gavin (15 years old), Sydney Beth (13), Caleb (11), Beniam (10), and Remy (7).

In fall 2007, Brandon and Jen started ANC, a faith community focused on equipping the body to serve the poor and marginalized of Austin, Texas. As a part of their new adventure in serving their city, they started the organization South Austin Cares. It didn't take long before they realized that more than just South Austin "cared." With so many people and organizations now involved, they changed the name to Restore Austin.

Three years later, and after a new relationship with non-profit leader and now ANC staffer Matthew Hansen, Restore Austin had expanded beyond the Austin city limits to serving across central Texas and partnering with several global non-profits. Restore Austin is now Restore Communities serving through a collective effort to impact their city and world.
