Brendan Fehr stars in "The Night Shift" on NBC as Drew.

Born in New Westminster, British Columbia, Canada, Brendan Fehr spent his early years playing sports and wanting to be an accountant due to his love of numbers. In 1990, he moved to Winnipeg, Manitoba, and his career plans changed from accounting to teaching.

In his late teens, others took notice of his good looks, and he did some minor modeling for local catalog companies. On a trip to Vancouver in the fall of 1997 to visit his family, he approached a model management company in the hopes of landing some work. Noticing that he had more potential for film and television, they sent him within a week on his first audition, and he landed a guest-starring role in "Breaker High" for UPN.

After relocating to Vancouver, Fehr continued to land many television roles including two appearances on the FOX hit "Millennium" and a lead in the ABC TV movie "Our Guys," opposite Eric Stoltz and Ally Sheedy. He also got roles in feature films such as "Disturbing Behavior," Final Destination," opposite Devon Sawa, and "Kill Me Later" with Selma Blair.

While still living in Vancouver, Brendan landed The WB series "Roswell" which brought him down to Los Angeles. During the show's three-year run, the hiatus allowed him to play the lead in the Screen Gems feature "The Forsaken" opposite Kerr Smith. Fehr also starred in the period drama "Edge of Madness" from Lionsgate Films and "Biker Boyz" for DreamWorks SKG, opposite Laurence Fishburne and Kid Rock.

After the completion of "Roswell," Fehr starred in "Childstar," alongside Jennifer Jason Leigh, and "The Long Weekend," opposite Chris Klein. In 2004, Fehr found himself nominated for a Genie award for Best Supporting Actor for his portrayal of Butch in the indie film "Sugar."

Fehr has also appeared in the North American version of the U2 video "Stuck in the Moment ... " and in the Vanessa Carlton video "Pretty Baby."

Some of Brendan's recent work has included playing the recurring roles of Jared Booth in FOX's "Bones" and Dan Cooper in CBS's "CSI: Miami." He guest starred in "Nikita" and "CSI: NY," starred as Jake Stanton in the ABC Family miniseries "Samurai Girl," and played the lead in the independent film "The Other Side of the Tracks," produced by Harold and Karen Baldwin.
