Chris Golightly from "American Idol," who goes by the name Orphan, is one of the top 24 contestants in Season 9 of the FOX reality singing competition. Chris Golightly apparently originally made it into the top 24 finalists but then was apparently cut at the last minute, because he could not prove that he was not still under a pre-existing recording contract. Tim Urban took his place in the top 24.
