Chris Williams stars in "One Big Happy" on NBC as Roy.

An extremely versatile performer in film, television and stage (like his well-known sister Vanessa L. Williams), Chris Williams is no stranger to the entertainment arena both on and off camera.
Williams' recent film credits include "Sex Ed" with Haley Joel Osment, "The Squatters" with Richard Dreyfuss and "Dealing with Idiots." Other film credits include "The Joneses," "Lottery Ticket" and "The World's Fastest Indian," in which he played

Tina, a transvestite, opposite Anthony Hopkins. Williams is also frequently recognized for his starring roles in "Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story" and "Friday After Next."
On television, Williams has had major arcs on USA Network's "Satisfaction" and Bounce TV's "Family Time." He also guest-starred as his sister's doppelganger on ABC's "Ugly Betty," and he appeared in multiple episodes of Showtime's "Californication." 
Other television credits include HBO's "Curb Your Enthusiasm," in which he played Krazee Eyez Killa, and David E. Kelley's "The Wedding Bells." Williams has also guest starred on "Monk," "24," "Weeds," "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation," "CSI: Miami" and "Reno 911," to name a few. In addition, he has enjoyed playing a recurring character on "The Late Show with David Letterman" as a disgruntled audience member.
Williams continues to perform stand-up comedy, appearing at top comedy clubs around the world, including Caesar's Palace, the Improv, the Comedy Store and the Venetian. Critics and audiences alike lauded his character-rich one-man show, "Old Blue Eyes Is Black." Most recently, Williams has been performing his character Inkognegro the Majishan around Los Angeles to packed audiences.
Williams was born and raised in Westchester County, New York. As the son of two music teachers, he was involved in the arts from an early age, learning to play both the saxophone and oboe and performing in plays throughout high school. He received his bachelor's degree in psychology from Georgetown University.
When not practicing Tae Kwon Do as a second-degree black belt, performing magic as a member of the Academy of Magical Arts or running marathons and traveling the world to raise money for the prevention and awareness of diabetes, Williams divides his time between Los Angeles and New York.
