Crosby Leveen from "Deadliest Catch" is one of the deckhands on the Wizard fishing vessel in the Discovery Channel reality docu-series.
Crosby Leveen first tried Alaskan fishing at the age of 20, thinking it would be a good opportunity for adventure and travel in Alaska while taking a break from his college studies.
He was hooked after the first trip and came back for another season despite his parent's objections that surfaced after they watched a few episodes of "Deadliest Catch."
Crosby has a degree in Natural Resources/Aquatics from the University of Vermont making him one of the few fishermen who has completed college. Some day, he hopes to save up and buy a boat of his own.
He has spent some time fishing salmon in Bristol Bay and traveling in the off season. He's also working on developing has his own extreme sports show.
