Daniel Green serves as one of the judges in Food Network's culinary reality competition series "Kitchen Inferno."

Chef and award-winning author Daniel Green, also known as The Model Cook, is a healthy eating expert and world renowned television celebrity cook in England, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Dubai and the USA. In addition to being an expert in the culinary world, he is a nationally known host on ShopNBC who has been selling numerous products live securing millions of dollars in sales. Making appearances on talk shows around the world, planning meals for two major international airlines and developing in-room dining for a five-star hotel chain in Asia has cultivated an international fan base.

Currently, Greenis based in the US and is a full-time presenter for ShopNBC, one of the top luxury home shopping channels. As the resident chef, the growing popularity of the kitchenware section led to an inauguration of a culinary program, titled "Daniel's Kitchen," dedicated to showcasing his healthy eating recipes, using the kitchenware sold on ShopNBC. The channel also has utilized his personality in additional areas, selling watches, electronics, home wares, supplements, jewelry and handbags. On air in three-hour, live slots 4-6 times a week, Daniel has clocked over 9,000 hours of live hosting. He is responsible for millions of dollars worth of sales each year.

Green has authored ten books sold worldwide: "Modern Dining for Life" (2010), "Healthy Dining for Life" (2010), "World Dining for Life" (2009), "Healthy Eating for Lower Cholesterol" (2005, selling 1.4 million copies), "Green's Greens" (2003) and "Green's Cuisine" (2002). Two of his latest healthy cookbooks won the prestigious Gourmand World Cookbook Award in 2010 and 2011 for "The Best TV Celebrity Chef Cookbook," and one book has been printed in seven languages to date.

Green recently created the in-room dining menus for the 18 properties that make up the five-star Dusit Thani hotel chain in Asia. He has also designed menus for the Shangri-La, Manderin Oriental, Hilton, Conrad, Sheraton, Westin, Marriott, Carcosa Seri Negari. In 2013 he launched power breakfasts at VIE hotel in Bangkok.

Green recently has planned all of KLM's on-board meals, totaling two million meals per year, as well as the on-board meals for BMI International Airline.

His simple, healthy eating recipes have been featured in numerous magazine features in the UK, US and across Asia. In the UK, Green co-hosted a successful TV series for Discovery Health called "Weight Matters" with Vanessa Feltz. He filmed a series of travel documentary reports from Dubai, Thailand and around the world for "Good Food Live" on BBC's UK Food. He makes regular appearances on BBC's "Saturday Kitchen," has hosted over 100 episodes of "Kitchen Takeover Chef," hosted "Weekend Kitchen in the US" and was the lead presenter and on-air chef for QVC UK, one of the top five TV shopping channels in the world.

Green created his own range of healthy gourmet foods, ingredients and smart cooking tools. His products — which include gluten free jams, spices and olive oil — have launched in premium lifestyle stores in Asia, Australia and the U.S. under his personal brand, The Model Cook.
