Don Stark stars in "Hit the Floor" on VH1 as Oscar Kincade.

During high school, Don Stark joined the drama department on a dare and actually got the role as Marvin Hutchins in "Dark of the Moon." It was at this time that he realized his love for acting. He went on to attend California State University, Northridge, where he started as a business major, but quickly switched to theater.

Stark's successful acting career spans three decades. He is perhaps best known for playing Bob Pinciotti for all eight seasons of FOX's comedy "That '70s Show" from 1998 to 2006. He was also a series regular in the sci-fi thriller "Time Cop," playing the tough and gritty Eugene Matuzek, "Bless This House" and "The Man in the Family." In addition to recurring roles on "Curb Your Enthusiasm," "Murder One" and "Beauty and the Beast," Stark made notable guest appearances on numerous television shows, including "American Horror Story," "Castle," "The Mentalist," "NCIS," "Melissa & Joey," "iCarly," "Dirty Sexy Money," "Supernatural," "Ellen," "Deep Space Nine," "NYPD Blue," "Beverly Hills, 90210," "Michael Hayes," "Picket Fences" and "Empty Nest." Stark also starred in telefilms such as "Murder Live," "A Cry for Help: The Tracey Thurman Story," "Elvis and the Colonel: The Untold Story," "The Baby Doll Murders" and "Sinatra."

His impressive list of feature film credits include "Star Trek: First Contact" with Patrick Stewart and Jonathan Frakes, "Heaven's Prisoners" with Alec Baldwin, "Three Wishes," "Things to Do in Denver When You're Dead," opposite Andy Garcia and Christopher Lloyd, and "Peggy Sue Got Married" with Nicolas Cage and Kathleen Turner. Stark's stage credits include "Metropolitan Prairie" and "Vesper's Eve," as well as the off-Broadway hits "Waiting for Lefty" and "Till the Day I Die."

Stark lives in Los Angeles.
