Emily O'Brien first appeared on CBS's "The Young and the Restless" as Jana Hawkes Fisher in August 2006.
A native of Bedfordshire, England, Emily O'Brien moved to the states when she was 10 years old. She began performing and studying theater at a young age. After completing two years in college, O'Brien moved to Los Angeles where she landed roles in the horror film "Séance," television's "What About Brian" and "The Reality Show" with Andy Dick. O'Brien was also cast in a music video for Fall Out Boy. In 2006, O'Brien starred in the Andy Dick comedy, "Danny Roane: First Time Director." She also had a supporting role in "Coma," a thriller starring Michael Madsen.
O'Brien is able to perform a number of British and European dialects, and speaks fluent Farsi.
