French Stewart stars in "Beverly Hills Chihuahua 2" on ABC Family as a Beverly Hills dog show commentator.

French Stewart is best known for his role as Harry Solomon in the Emmy-winning television series "3rd Rock from the Sun," for which he was twice nominated with his fellow cast members for a Screen Actors Guild Award for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Comedy Series.

Stewart was also nominated for a daytime Emmy for his work as the voice of Icarus in the animated television series "Hercules." His other television work includes guest appearances on "SGU Stargate Universe," "Private Practice," "Days of Our Lives," "True Jackson, VP," "Zeke and Luther," "Castle," "Imagination Movers," "Pushing Daisies," "The Closer," "Bones," "Less Than Perfect," "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation," "Ally McBeal," "Just Shoot Me," "NewsRadio," "The Larry Sanders Show" and "Seinfeld."

In the film arena, Stewart starred opposite Bridgette Wilson in "Love Stinks." He also appeared in "Dick," produced by Gale Anne Hurd, and "Stargate," with Kurt Russell and James Spader.

In addition to his work for television and film, Stewart has also appeared on stage, winning two L.A. Weekly awards for his performances in Justin Tanners's "Party Mix" and "Happy Time Xmas."
