Harriet Cains stars in BBC America's post-zombie apocalypse drama "In the Flesh," as Jem Walker, Kieren Walker's (Luke Newberry) little sister, and a member of the HVF. The series marks Cains' first major television role.

British actress Harriet Cains was a member of the drama club, Circle Up, before training at Nottingham's Television Workshop, where she performed in "Dangerous Liaisons." On UK television, she was seen in an episode of BBC's long-running soap opera "Doctors." In addition, she appeared in the short films "Human Beings" and "The Love Interest."
