Hector Elizondo stars as Pancho Duque on CBS's "Cane."

Hector Elizondo is an accomplished film, theater and television actor, as well as a director and producer with a career spanning 40 years. Hector Elizondo is a five-time Emmy Award nominee and won the award in 1997 for his portrayal of Dr. Phillip Watters in "Chicago Hope," on CBS. Award for his portrayal of a hotel manager in "Pretty Woman." Hector Elizondo has been nominated and won multiple other awards for his work in films on the small and big screens including seven ALMA Award nominations and two wins ("Chicago Hope," 1994 and "Borrowed Hearts," 1997). Hector Elizondo recently received the Diversity Awards' Integrity Award, as well as Nosotros' Lifetime Achievement Award for the quality of roles he has chosen during his career.

Hector Elizondo's film credits include "Pretty Woman," "Runaway Bride," "American Gigolo," "The Flamingo Kid," "Nothing in Common," "Young Doctors in Love," "The Taking of Pelham One Two Three," "Tortilla Soup," "Georgia Rule," "The Princess Diaries," "The Princess Diaries 2: Royal Engagement" and the upcoming "Love in the Time of Cholera."

On television, Hector Elizondo appeared in "Chicago Hope," on the Network, and has made guest appearances in "Grey's Anatomy" and "The West Wing." Hector Elizondo also appeared as a guest star in "All in the Family," "Kojak," "Picket Fences" and "Without A Trace," all on the Network. Hector Elizondo appeared in the television movie "Mrs. Cage," part of the "American Playhouse" series, for which he received a Best Supporting Actor Emmy Award nomination.

A native New Yorker, Hector Elizondo first gained recognition on the Broadway stage for his portrayal of God in "Steambath," which earned him an Obie Award. Hector Elizondo's other theater credits include the critically-acclaimed Broadway revival of Arthur Miller's "The Price," Neil Simon's "The Prisoner of Second Avenue," "The Great White Hope" and "Sly Fox," for which he received a Drama Desk Award nomination.



Hector Elizondo is especially proud of his involvement in the prestigious LA Theatre Works, a group of 40 top actors who are devoting their time and talent to reinstating classic radio drama as a contemporary art form for National Public Radio. Hector Elizondo is also an avid supporter of several charitable organizations including The Alzheimer's Association, Amnesty International, The American Cancer Society and The Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation.

Hector Elizondo is an accomplished musician and singer, performing on the conga, flute and guitar. Hector Elizondo and his wife Carolee Campbell, an Emmy Award winning actress, photographer and celebrated publisher live in Sherman Oaks, California.
