"Hit the Floor" (TV show) on VH1, formerly known as "Bounce," is a drama series, starring Dean Cain, Kimberly Elise and Charlotte Ross, that follows the alluring lives and loves of the Los Angeles Devil Girls, the premiere dance team in all of professional basketball. players; but in this city these men share the fame, adrenalin, money, sex and power with their dancers, the Devil Girls. At the heart of "Bounce" is Ahsha (Taylour Paige), a sheltered young woman who joins the team against the wishes of her mother Sloane (Kimberly Elise), who knows this treacherous, tempting world all too well having been an original Devil's Girl herself. Olivia (Charlotte Ross) is the shrewd squad manager, Jelena (Logan Browning) is the ruthless star captain of the dance team who won't let anyone outshine her and Pete Davenport (Dean Cain) is the former All-Star who's come back to coach his old team only to have to contend with the girls both stealing the spotlight and distracting his players.

Season 2

The season one finale shook up the Devil Girls with a new All Star, new Devil Girl Director and several new relationships. Now that Ahsha is single there's room for her and Derek to explore a relationship, but his bad boy reputation might be more than she bargained for. Sloane has taken the job as Devil Girl Director, adding tension to an already strained mother-daughter relationship. Jelena keeps a close eye on both Ahsha and Sloane, watching for any opportunity to get rid of them both. There are love triangles galore as new characters join this juicy soap, set in the world of professional basketball. Zero, a player that rivals Derek and Terrence in ability, joins the Devils and immediately lusts after Jelena. After flirting off and on during season one, Pete and Raquel decide to give a relationship a try. Dating Pete proves to be more of a challenge than Raquel expected, when his estranged, starlet wife Lionel shows up on the scene. One by one, dirt is dug up on our main characters as Devils Nation is rocked by a season long mystery. Expect more, sex, drama, secrets and excitement as well as twelve amazing new dance numbers.

The cast includes Dean Cain, Charlotte Ross, Kimberly Elise, Taylour Paige, Logan Browning, Valery Ortiz, Katherine Bailess, Jonathan McDaniel, McKinley Freeman, Rob Riley and Don Stark. And season two welcomes Jodi Lyn O'Keefe, Adam Senn and Brent Antonello.

VH1's "Hit the Floor" was created, written and executive produced by James LaRosa and executive produced by Maggie Malina. Bryan Johnson and The Film Syndicate and In Cahoots Media are producing. Executive producing for VH1 are Jill Holmes and Jeff Olde. Sanaa Hamri directed the pilot.
