Honeysuckle Weeks stars in "The Wicker Tree," a horror film written and directed by Robin Hardy and starring Brittania Nicol, Henry Garrett and Graham McTavish, as Lolly.

Born in Cardiff, Wales, Honeysuckle Weeks was educated at Roedean and at Pembroke College, Oxford, where she read English. She also spent time studying art in Italy. As a child she was a member of the Chichester Festival Theatre's Youth Theatre.

Honeysuckle's acting career started with the juvenile lead in "Goggle Eyes," alongside her younger sister Perdita, a BBC2 adaptation of Anne Fine's book. Since then she has appeared in many television programs, including the children's series "The Wild House" and the long-running series "Midsomer Murders" and "Poirot." In 1997, Honeysuckle and Perdita were both in Catherine Cookson's "The Rag Nymph," with Perdita playing the younger version of her sister's character. Her film roles include Anne Ridd in "Lorna Doone" and Sarah in "My Brother Tom."

She is best known, however, for her roles in three television series: "Close Relations," "Ladies" and "Their Gentlemen and Foyle's War," the BAFTA award-winning series set in Hastings during World War II, in which she starred opposite Michael Kitchen. In 2007 Honeysuckle appeared as Tania Thompson in "The Inspector Lynley Mysteries" and went on to star as Harriet Pringle in the BBC Radio 4 adaptation of "Fortunes of War." Theater appearances include "Absurd Person Singular" (UK tour), "The Turn of the Screw" (UK Tour) and "Twelfth Night" (No. 1 Tour).
