Known as the "polar bear," Hugh Rowland had proven himself to be the toughest of the tough on the ice. In Season 1, Hugh Rowland ran his Yellowknife crew so hard that some of his drivers quit. In Season 2 and Season 3, he proved himself once again as one of the best drivers on the ice. He can drive all night, work all day and still have time to spout lots of opinions about those who fall short of his work ethic. In Season 4, oil is booming in Alaska and he's rejoining the rest of the Carlile crew to make the big bucks. But even though Hugh seems ready to take on any challenge, will the "Polar Bear" come out on top this season…or at least better his standing?
