Jeff Perry stars in "Scandal" on ABC as Cyrus. Perry previously starred in "Grey's Anatomy" in the recurring role of Thatcher Grey.

Jeff Perry was born in Highland Park, Illinois, and created the Steppenwolf Theatre Company with friends Gary Sinise and Terry Kinney in 1975. The company has expanded to include John Malkovich, John Mahoney and Joan Allen. He was married to actress Laurie Metcalf but is now married to "Grey's Anatomy" casting director Linda Lowy.

One of his first major roles was in the Don Johnson police show "Nash Bridges" in the late 1980s. He starred on the series as Inspector Harvey Leek for its entire run of six seasons. He then went on to appear in "Wild Things," with Kevin Bacon, "The Human Stain," "Hard Promises" and "The Grifters." His TV credits include "My So-Called Life," "The West Wing," "The Practice," "Lost," "Cold Case," "Raines," "Grey's Anatomy" and "Prison Break."
