You Go Girl!! I have been married to my same Goddess for over 32years. 3 years ago I had a nasty fall and messed myself up bad. Broke my back, damaging my spinal cord and much more. Through better or worse. My High School Sweetheart is still with me. But my consern is for her. With all the extra stress and trouble she is having a tough time with her weight. Recently she was diagnosed with Diabetes. I am very worried. She has Biggest Loser books and cook books. Along with many others. She just can't seem to make anything click. We are members of a gym. She does try but gets descouraged after a few months of up and down. I am in constant pain and not able to be a good workout partner. I think you are doing a great job. I know my Wife is a fan as well. Any suggestions would be appreciated. One more idea! What about a show for people that are not able to run, jump, etc. Because of injuries, or other physical challenges.
