John Brenkus is the creator and host of ESPN's "Sport Science," on which he inspires audiences to push themselves to the limit and always be one step ahead of the competition. He also hosts the short form series "Disney XD ESPN Sport Science" along with Leo Howard.

If you have ever wondered how you would fare competing against the top athletes in professional sports, John Brenkus can tell you all about it. Featured on his ESPN show, "Sport Science," Brenkus recreates and analyzes the tremendous feats of human performance seen in professional sports, and then studies how athletes differ from an average person. Brenkus puts himself in the role of the viewer, getting in the ring or suiting up on the field to compete against the pros, often acting as a human crash-test subject to collect the most accurate data possible.

Brenkus, a four-time competitor in the Ironman Triathlon, makes regular appearances on ESPN's highest-profile programming including "SportsCenter," "College GameDay" and programming related to marquee events such as the Super Bowl and the 2010 FIFA World Cup. The author of the recent New York Times best seller "The Perfection Point: Sport Science Predicts the Fastest Man, the Highest Jump, and the Limits of Athletic Performance," Brenkus offers insight into the science behind the greatest athletes on the planet.
