Jordan Carlos stars in "I Just Want My Pants Back" on MTV as Eric. He is also featured in MTV2's "Guy Code."

A product of a Huxtable-like upbringing, Jordan Carlos is a Brooklyn-based alternative stand-up comic brought up on the mean streets of suburban North Dallas where he was the only black kid in class and at all the bar-mitzvahs.

Carlos usually appears as a VH1 talking head and in a string of commercials for AOL, Pepsi and the Washington Post. He was recently nominated as Best Male Comic of the Year by ECNY (Emerging Comedians of New York) and was one of the New Faces at the recent Montreal Comedy Festival.

Carlos has appeared most notably as Stephen Colbert's black friend Alan on "The Colbert Report," and performed his stand up on Comedy Central's "Live at Gotham," Montreal's Just for Laughs Comedy Festival, and various New York comedy festivals.

He has had guest starring roles on Showtime's "Nurse Jackie," NBC's "Mercy" and ABC's "Ugly Betty," as well as being a series regular on ESPN's "Mayne Street." He's also well known for his hilarious videos for CollegeHumor.com and for his spot-on Barack Obama impression.

His two-man stand-up, storytelling sketch show, "The Triple S," is being presented at The Upright Citizens Brigade Theater in both Los Angeles and New York City. Film appearances include "My Own Love Song" with Renee Zellwegger and Forest Whitaker, "Ghost Town" with Ricky Gervais, and "The Rebound" with Catherine Zeta Jones. Jordan also played Kenny Mayne's production assistant on ESPN.com's wildly successful "Mayne Street."
