Julia Taylor Ross stars in "Saving Hope" on NBC as Dr. Maggie Lin.

Ross was most recently seen performing opposite Elizabeth Olsen and Eric Sheffer Stevens in the independent horror film "The Silent House," which had its world premiere at the Sundance Film Festival.

Ross is a 2010 graduate of The New School for Drama in New York who in a short period of time has already managed to land significant film and television roles in the U.S. and Canada, including a guest-starring roles on ABC's "Pan Am" and the highly-rated summer series "Rookie Blue," the Canadian Movie Network's miniseries "Blood Letting & Miraculous Cures," as well as "The Republic of Doyle" for CBC.

Born to a Canadian mother and a Chinese father in the U.K., Ross was studied at University College London and then moved to the USA in 2002 to study at Harvard. While there, she performed on the main stage at the prestigious American Repertory Theater in Boston, and on Cape Cod in "The Intelligent Design of Jenny Chow" at the famous W.H.A.T. stock company.
