Justin Bridger from "Cold Water Captains" stars in The Weather Channel reality docu-series. He is from Carmanville, Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada.

Justin Bridger's father, Guy, is a known entity in the Newfoundland fishing scene. But at 58, Guy has retired. Guy may not be on the water, but he hasn't given up his boat — just the job of running her. The mantle has now fallen on Justin at just 29 years old.

Justin is aggressive and competitive when it comes to getting on the good ground for crabbing and shrimping. He's more than up for the job, but is squeezed between his domineering father and a crew that thinks he's too young to be a true authority. With the push and pull of family and crew, and the pressures of running the show, Justin has all the responsibility but few of the perks of captaining his own boat. Justin has to step up and push back to come into his own.

Justin's crew includes first mate and brother Mike, the seasoned deck hand Jeremy, and the hilarious greenhorn Corey, who is finally living his dream of life on the open seas.
