Kenley Collins from "Project Runway All Stars" is one of the contestants in the Lifetime reality fashion design competition series. She was originally on Season 5 of "Project Runway," coming in third place. One of the show's most controversial contestants who regularly talked back to the judges and had run-ins with the other designers, she is best-known for her vintage, flapper-inspired looks.
Kenley ("Project Runway") went to Florida State University. She considers black, high-waisted skinny jeans to be a fashion must. Her favorite designers are Coco Chanel, Betsey Johnson and Edith Head. She is currently living in Brooklyn, New York.
Born and raised in Pompano Beach, Florida, Kenley Collins is the daughter of a tugboat captain and the youngest of three girls. Kenley Collins began her career in fashion at the age of 16, when she started buying vintage clothing and reconstructing them for herself and friends. After graduating from Florida State University with a marketing degree, Kenley Collins found herself in New York City and got a sales job at Missy Wear. It didn't take longer than a week for her to be promoted to a design position where she was able to blossom in the industry. Since then, Kenley Collins has been working on her own line in a small boutique and on her website and has begun freelancing and teaching in her spare time.
