This sassy California native was born in Hollywood, California, into an acting family. Kyle acted consistently, spending her entire childhood on film and television sets and continues to work into her adult life. She landed her first role at the age four in Disney's "Escape to Witch Mountain," where she played the younger version of her sister, child actress
During the same decade, she also appeared in several horror films: "The Car," "Eaten Alive" and the cult classic, "Halloween," in which she played Lindsey Wallace, the girl whom Jamie Lee Curtis was babysitting. Richards also later made a cameo appearance in "Halloween II." In 1980, she played a terrorized young girl opposite Bette Davis and Lynn-Holly Johnson in the Disney's horror film, "The Watcher in the Woods."
Most recently, Kyle played the part of Nurse Dori in NBC's "ER" and appeared in National Lampoon's "Pledge This!" She also appeared as herself in episodes of her niece Paris Hilton's reality series, "The Simple Life" and "Paris HIlton's My New BFF."
Kyle is an avid cancer advocate and recently completed a 68-mile bike marathon to raise money to help fight the disease. Kyle is married to the love of her life Mauricio Umansky, a high end realtor with Hilton & Hyland Realty. Her greatest passion is being a mother to her four daughters Farrah (21), Alexia (14), Sophia (10) and Portia (2). Kyle believes "If you obey all the rules, you'll miss all the fun."
