Lauren Stamile stars in "Complications" on USA Network as Bridget.

Lauren Stamile is an actress who is perhaps best known for starring in The WB's "Off Centre" and playing the recurring roles of Agent Pearce in USA Network's "Burn Notice," Professor Michelle Slater in NBC's "Community," Nurse Rose in "Grey's Anatomy" and Carla in "Scandal." She also starred in the Lifetime original movie "Midnight Bayou," opposite Jerry O'Connell. Guest appearances include "The Mentalist," "The Secret Circle,"

She made her television debut in an episode of "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit."

On the big screen, Stamile has been seen in several independent films, including "Overnight," starring Rachel Blanchard and James D'Arcy, "The Blue Tooth Virgin," opposite Austin Peck and Bryce Johnson, and "Kissing Cousins," alongside David Alan Grier.

Stamile made her New York theatrical debut as Marianne in "The Miser" at Pearl Theatre Company. Other stage credits include "The Lion in Winter" at the Roundabout, "The Seagull," "As You Like It," "Hecuba" and the American premiere of Helene Cixous' "The Perjured City or the Awakening of the Furies."

Stamile earned a BS degree from Northwestern University.
