Liz Vassey starred in "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation" on CBS as Wendy Simms from 2005 – 2010.

Prior to joining "CSI," Liz Vassey was best known for playing the feisty Captain Liberty on "The Tick." She has also been a series regular on "Maximum Bob," "Tru Calling," "Push, Nevada" and "Brotherly Love." She has guest starred on "Two and a Half Men" and played a recurring role on "ER." She also played Tommy Lee Jones' Texas Ranger partner in the feature film "Man of the House."

Vassey began her television career at the age of 16 when she landed the role of Emily Ann Sago on "All My Children," for which she was nominated for a Daytime Emmy Award. She was born in Raleigh, North Carolina, and raised in Tampa, Florida, and enjoys running, hiking, and boxing.
