Lucas Congdon from "Insane Pools: Off the Deep End" stars in the Animal Planet reality series.

President of Lucas Lagoons Inc., Lucas Congdon began his career working in his parent's landscaping business in Vermont almost twenty years ago. It was there that he developed his natural talent for working with stone. The Vermont mountain influence can be seen in many of his designs. He has become nationally known for his award-winning swimming pool designs. He is also recognized for his total exterior designs which include landscaping, lighting, ancillary water features, deck treatments, outdoor kitchens, etc. His largest project to date is one he did in Texas which involved placing of 180 tons of stone to create a spectacular grotto with various waterfalls and tunnels. He moved to Sarasota more than ten years ago.

In 2002, Congdon started Lucas Lagoons Inc. as a company specializing in exterior design as well as luxury lagoons. Every project has been designed and built by Congdon. The company has been successful from the outset. The quality of the work coupled with the brilliance of each design has created an outstanding reputation. Lucas Lagoons has won many awards from both the Florida Swimming Pool Association Design Competition and International Awards for Excellence from the Assoc. of Pool and Spa Professionals. Lucas Lagoons have been featured on HGTV and in Sarasota Magazine, SRQ, HouseTrends, Home and Design, Home and Garden, and the Sarasota Herald Tribune. His projects have been featured on the cover of Aqua Magazine twice. Congdon is the winner of a Sarasota County Beautification Award.
