Lucy Walters stars in "Power" on Starz as Holly, an ever-ambitious waitress at Truth, the club Ghost and Tommy own. As Holly and Tommy develop a charged relationship, she encourages him to seek the kind of power and control she wants as well — priming them both for ascension.

Lucy Walters grew up in Texas, where she trained as a classical violinist from the age of 4. After a taste of the stage singing in the children's chorus with the Houston Grand Opera, she became interested in musical theater and then straight theater. She attended the University of Texas at Austin, where she double majored in Theater and Dance and a Liberal Arts Honors degree called Plan II with a focus on Economics. She graduated summa cum laude and was awarded the Marcia Gay Harden Theater scholarship.

Walters then moved to New York City and gained notoriety as the "Woman on the Subway" in Steve McQueen's film "Shame," starring Michael Fassbender. Other feature film credits include "The Brass Teapot," starring Juno Temple and showcased at the Toronto Film Festival in 2012, "Growing Up and Other Lies," "B-Side," "Big Words," "Bastards of Young," "Lies I Told My Little Sister," and the short comedic two-hander "Epilogue."

On television, Walters has appeared on episodes of "Bones," "The Good Wife," "666 Park Avenue," "Do No Harm," "Rizzoli & Isles," "Smash," "White Collar," "Army Wives," "Blue Bloods," "Gossip Girl," and "Lipstick Jungle."

When not acting or hustling for her next acting job, Walters finds joy in making music with her friends, writing, and continually self-educating herself. She has a sister who is a teacher in Harlem and two brothers who are still in school in Texas.
