Madison Pettis stars in "Life with Boys" on Nickelodeon as Allie. She also provides the voice of Izzy for Disney Junior's animated series "Jake and the Never Land Pirates" and previously played Sophie Martinez, "America's Angel" and President Martinez's daughter on Disney Channel's "Cory in the House."

Madison Pettis was born on July 22, 1998 and was raised in Arlington, Texas, near Dallas. She began taking dance classes at age 4 and got started in entertainment when she won a contest to appear on the cover of Fort Worth Child magazine. That cover led to a modeling contract at a Dallas-based agency when she was 5. She was featured in print campaigns for Neiman Marcus, Procter & Gamble and General Motors, among others.

Inspired by her favorite show, Disney Channel's hit series "That's So Raven," Pettis enrolled in acting classes. She subsequently appeared in episodes and videos for "Barney & Friends," and voiced a character for the DVD release "Boz the Green Bear Next Door."

When she turned 7, she and her mother moved to Los Angeles where Pettis won a number of roles including a guest-starring role on the series "Jericho" and the role of Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson's daughter in the feature from Walt Disney Studios, "The Game Plan."

When Pettis was working on "Cory in the House," she was thrilled to finally able to meet her idol, Raven-Symoné, who made a surprise visit to the set.
