Marcus T. Paulk stars in "Red Tails," opposite Terrence Howard and Cuba Gooding Jr., as David "Deke" Watkins. Paulk says, "Deke is very, very, very religious. He believes that no matter what we're gonna be alright, because somebody is watching over us. There are angels keeping us alive in the skies. At the closing of my character, we get to see that he had an effect on other people. He loved to fly and he's got great camaraderie with the guys. He's quiet and reserved, until he really feels like something important needs to be said amongst the group."

Marcus T. Paulk is best known for his television work, including roles on "Moesha," "Me and the Boys," "Thea" and "Grace Under Fire." Paulk has also had guest starring roles on "Martin," "Family Affair," "The Parkers," "The Fresh Prince of Bel Air" and "3rd Rock from the Sun." He received three nominations for the NAACP Image Award and two nominations for the Hollywood Reporter YoungStar Award for his work on "Moesha."

Paulk's feature film credits include supporting rolls in "Roll Bounce," "Take the Lead," "Taking 5" and "The Rig."

Born in Los Angeles, California, Paulk is also developing his musical career. In addition to performing throughout his hometown, Paulk wrote and performed the song "1st Class Girl" in Warner Brothers' "A Cinderella Story."
