Mark Stanley stars in "Game of Thrones" on HBO in the recurring role of Grenn, a recruit to The Night's Watch, in the same class as Jon Snow. Though he has a great deal of physical strength, Grenn's intellect doesn't quite match up.

A young British actor, Mark Stanley graduated from the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in 2010. Stage credits include "Events While Guarding the Bofors Gun" at the Finborough and "'Tis a Pity She's a Whore" at the Yorkshire Playhouse.

"Game of Thrones" marks Stanley's television debut.
