Michael Esper stars in NBC's "Do No Harm" as Alex Jordan.

Michael Esper has been seen in such films as "All Good Things," starring Ryan Gosling, Kirsten Dunst and Frank Langella, "Light and the Sufferer" with Paul Dano, "Bittersweet Place, opposite Seymour Cassel and Elisabeth Moss, "Loggerheads," alongside Kip Pardue and Tess Harper, "American Gun," starring James Coburn and Virginia Madsen, and the 2002 Academy Award-winner for Best Picture, "A Beautiful Mind," as a young version of John Nash, played as an adult by Russell Crowe.

On television, Esper appeared in TNT's movie "Bunker Hill" and an episode of "Law & Order."

On stage, Esper recently starred on Broadway in "The Lyons" and Green Day's "American Idiot." Before that, he starred opposite Frank Langella in the Broadway revival of "A Man for All Seasons" at the Roundabout. Esper was also seen off-Broadway in "The Intelligent Homosexual's Guide to Capitalism and Socialism with a Key to the Scriptures," Eugene O'Neill's "Long Day's Journey into Night," alongside James Cromwell, at Dublin's Gaiety Theatre, A.R. Gurney's "Crazy Mary" with Sigourney Weaver at Manhattan's Playwrights Horizons Theater, and "Suburbia" at Second Stage Theatre.
