Michael Mando stars in "Orphan Black" on BBC America as Vic.

Born in Quebec City, Michael Mando grew up across four continents. He received classical and contemporary training at The Dome Theatre (2004-2007) and was praised by the chairman as "one of the finest talents to emerge from the program in the past 25 years." He was immediately snapped up to play leads in critically and commercially successful plays, one of which broke the award nomination record in Montreal (Moliere's "Les fourberies de Scapin").

He subsequently pierced into film/TV in 2009 with unforgettable appearances on such shows as "The Bridge" (2010) and "The Border" (2010). Other highlighted credits include a leading role in the award-winning feature "Territories" (2010), a wide range of supporting roles including "The Pregnancy Project" (2012), "Cobu" (2013) and "The Good Lie" (2013); a recurring role in "Les Bleus de Ramville" (2012-2013); as well as guest starring in multiple TV hits, including "Rookie Blue" (2013).

In 2012 Mando lent his voice, face and body to the infamous Vaas in the video game "Far Cry 3" and its companion live action web-series "The Far Cry Experience." He also co-created the cult favorite with Ubisoft Entertainment.

In 2014, Mando is scheduled to shoot a gangster drama under his production company, Red Barlo Productions.
