intense and high-powered world of New York real estate brings in big bucks and bigger egos. When Fredrik lists a 17-million-dollar Tribeca townhouse in the season premiere, Ryan sabotages his open house by jumping into the swimming pool. After Ryan decides to towel himself dry, he attempts to resurrect a dead listing with a surprising new strategy. Meanwhile, enthusiastic new agent, Luis D. Ortiz, tries to make a mark in Manhattan by finding an unlisted, off-market property for a potential client.

Season 3

Season three has it all, from break-ups to break-downs, ego trips to cross-country trips, and sellers acting like babies to the agents possibly having babies. The real estate is more luxurious than ever, with forty million dollar penthouses and building developments exceeding the $180 million dollar mark. The commissions are huge, and so is the drama. As Fredrik settles into married life, he has baby on the brain and takes a new approach to life by becoming more Zen, but that might not be so easy in the cut-throat world of high-end real estate. Ryan's days of being single and lonely are a thing of the past as he welcomes a very special lady into his life, leaving him to balance his new relationship with his growing success. Luis is growing up both professionally and personally as he now works with Fredrik at Douglas Elliman and leaves the comfort of his shared apartment with his brother for a luxurious bachelor pad overlooking the city he hopes to dominate.

Season 4

In Season 4 superstar real-estate agents Fredrik Eklund, Luis D. Ortiz and Ryan Serhant take their professional and personal lives to the next level and the drama is at an all-time high. Luis shifts his business into high gear as he takes on his first new development project. Ryan is charming his way through some of the biggest deals of his career, but his most important "deal" yet involves his girlfriend, Emilia and living happily ever after. Fredrik is officially New York City's #1 broker, but he still faces a litany of challenging clients and colleagues, as he and Ryan attempt to work together for the first time.

Season 5

This season, superstar real estate agents Fredrik, Luis, and Ryan tackle their toughest clients and most dramatic personal challenges yet. Fredrik struggles to regain his focus in the wake of devastating fatherhood news and hopes that securing the biggest developments of his career can put him back on track. Meanwhile, Luis says "adios" to his quarter-life crisis as he takes on more responsibility than ever, but realizes that finding his identity may be his toughest deal yet. Always expanding, Ryan's business sees record growth, but he soon finds that maintaining massive sales and juggling his engagement may be too much to negotiate. In a city where it's survival of the fittest, this season will determine once and for all if there's room enough at the top for all three agents.
