On television, Rogers starred in FOX's "The Loop," ABC's "The Geena Davis Show" and "Paper Dolls," and NBC's "The Rousters." She also had recurring roles in CBS's "NCIS" and "Two and a Half Men," Amazon's "Bosch," FX's "Wilfred" and FOX's "The X-Files." In addition, she has made notable guest appearances on such popular series as "Mad Men," "The Client List," "My Boys," "Las Vegas," "The Larry Sanders Show," "Dream On" and "Hill Street Blues."

Under her Millbrook Farm Productions banner, Rogers has starred in and executive-produced the cable telefilms "My Horrible Year," directed by Eric Stoltz, "Charms for the Easy Life," directed by Joan Micklin Silver, "Tricks," directed by Kenneth Fink, and "The Devil's Arithmetic," directed by Donna Deitch, which won two Daytime Emmy Awards for Outstanding Directing and Outstanding Writing in a Children's Special. She also executive-produced "Harlan County War," directed by Tony Bill.
