Mondo Galindo of "Pit Bulls & Parolees"
Mondo Galindo Pit Bulls & Parolees
Mondo Galindo from "Pit Bulls & Parolees" stars in the Animal Planet reality docu-series.

Mondo Galindo ("Pit Bulls & Parolees") has spent the better part of his life trying to find the fast lane to success. At a very young age, he got wrapped up in the gang lifestyle and started selling drugs. By 18, he was already a father and living his life by the motto "by any means necessary." That lifestyle choice forced him to drop out of high school to run with gangs, breaking various laws in the process.

From there, Armando served two separate prison terms that left him at a crossroads — become a career criminal and spend the rest of his life in and out of jail, or take control and transform himself into a responsible father of his now eight children. Choosing the latter, Mondo found his way to Tia Torres and Villalobos.

He relates to the maligned pit bull breed and through them has begun his journey toward a better life. Working with Tia and the pit bulls has become Mondo's mission in life, and he hopes to pass along his experiences and knowledge to anyone who needs it.
