"My Five Wives" (TV show) is a reality docu-series on TLC that shows families come in all different shapes and sizes. The series following Brady Williams, his five wives and their combined 24 children, who all live together on their large family property outside of Salt Lake City, Utah.

Each episode offers a candid look at a controversial lifestyle and goes behind closed doors to share an intimate portrait of this big, loving, progressive family. From dealing with everyday issues like maintaining a strong marriage and raising children to more complicated issues such as jealousy, loneliness and their schedules with Brady, nothing is off-limits.

An independent plural family, the Williams gradually withdrew from the fundamentalist Mormon Church after reevaluating their core beliefs. Believing in equality for everyone and a God who loves and accepts all, they emphasize that their choice to be together is "about love, commitment and happiness as a family" rather than religious doctrine. Though their beliefs and their decision to leave the church have led them to be shunned by their community and estranged from many family members, the Williams' believe their sacrifices are worth it.

Season one picks up where the pilot left off, catching up with the family as they experience the ups and downs of living a plural lifestyle. With a larger than average family, Brady and his wives are constantly on the run to keep up — new education opportunities, careers, and growing kids exploring their own lives and views of marriage prove that this family is anything but static. And on top of it all, adoption is up for discussion with one wife, and a possible pregnancy for another.

Season 2

The Williams face changing dynamics in this season, from potential family additions to those leaving and embarking on new journeys away from home.

This season, Brady attempts to bring his wives closer together by instituting double dates, thus compelling Paulie and Rosemary to mend their sister-wife relationship. Nonie and Brady are actively trying to have another baby while Rhonda continues to explore the possibility of adoption. But is Brady able to handle the stress of a growing family? Rhonda finds the courage to face her earlier cancer scare, with sister wife Robyn supporting her along the way. And the entire family visits Brady's parents in Washington State for vacation as they entertain the prospect of moving nearly 1,000 miles away from their homes in Utah.

In the premiere episode, Brady attempts to heal his relationship with Robyn by arranging a 20th anniversary redo date. Meanwhile, Nonie and Brady continue to try for baby number six, but Nonie is concerned about her difficulty conceiving. And big change is coming when three daughters graduate from high school and decide they want to move out for college.
