I was very disappointed in the way Buddy related to his bakers.I found him at times very insulting and not professional. I expected constructive criticism when he did not like something or it did not meet his expectation. Don't degrade these other chefs. The show is a turn off.

i really really hate corina. do they not see what a b**** she is and how she blames everyone else!!!

I was watching the show on Monday, January 10, 2011. How Corrinna did not go home yesterday is beyond me. She is not a team player. She is a bully. You brought Joe back and Corrinna jumped all over him the minute he walked in the door. When you work with the public you have to work with all types. You can't pick and choose who you will or will not deal with. Corrinna may make great cakes but her people skills leave a lot to be desired. I am going to stop watching the show because it is obviously bias and totally unfair. It used to be a good show until Buddy decided to ask people questions and actually expect them to tell the truth. It is a shame because I used to like this show and the cake boss. I hope Buddy realizes that just making great cakes is not enough. You also need people skills and some assemblence of personality which Corrinna severly lacks.

I can't believe u sent Joe 2 the truck again. Those girls wouldn't let him do anything and then act like he didn't try 2 help them. And of course like the 1st time he didn't accuse them of this.Corina needs 2 go. Also, Jay makes 1 big flop and u get rid of him.It' just ridiculous
