the pack of a new generation of comedy minds as a versatile actor, writer and producer. Recent film credits include "Little Fockers," opposite Ben Stiller, "Dinner for Schmucks," opposite Paul Rudd, and "Date Night," opposite Steve Carrell and Tina Fey.

Kroll got his first taste of acting when he played the Pharaoh in his second-grade production of "Exodus from Egypt." Although playing a ruthless, god-like emperor suited his sense of self, the acting bug didn't exactly take wing with him until he began performing improv comedy with the Georgetown Players Improv Group (G-PIG) while attending Georgetown University. During college and upon graduation, he took classes and workshops with the Upright Citizens Brigade training program, furthering his improv, writing and acting skills.

On television, Kroll has starred in "Worst Week," "The Life and Times of Tim," and "Reno 911!" He has also appeared in numerous VH1 projects as a snarky talking head, including "Best Week Ever," the "Awesomely Bad" series and on the "Today Show." He has appeared in MTV's sketch comedy show "Human Giant" and personally ruined episodes of the prank shows "Boiling Points" and "Damage Control." He co-created and starred in Comedy Central's "I Love the 30's" and "All Access: Middle Ages," as well as wrote, directed and starred in "Cavalcade of Personalities!" and appeared in an internet series on SuperDeluxe.com as Benji Lessman, an agent who represents other agents. His character "Fabrice Fabrice" has covered many red carpet events for MTV.com.

Nick's Comedy Central hour-long special, "Thank You Very Cool," aired on the network in January 2011.

As a writer, Kroll co-wrote the hit book "Bar Mitzvah Disco," which premiered to rave reviews in Vanity Fair, People Magazine, the New York Times Styles Section and scores of other publications. He was also a contributing writer on "Chappelle's Show" and the follow-up book to "Bar Mitzvah Disco," "Camp Camp." He is also a contributing writer on the animated series "The Life and Times of Tim."

On the big screen, Kroll can be seen in "Get Him To The Greek," opposite Russell Brand, "I Love You, Man" with Paul Rudd; and "Adventures of Power," opposite Adrian Grenier, Jane Lynch and Michael McKean.

As a true media renaissance man, Kroll has made several appearances as a commentator and guest-host of PRI's "Fair Game with Faith Salie."

Kroll has performed his unique brand of character based standup at the Just for Laughs Festival, Bonnaroo Festival, Comedy Death Ray, Aziz Ansari's Crash Test and on his own show, "Welcome to Our Week," with Jessi Klein, and "The Oh, Hello Show," with John Mulaney. Kroll was named one of Time Out New York's "Best Comics" and Comedy Central's "Fresh Faces of Comedy." In 2007, he won the ECNY Award for Best One Person Show for "Fabrice Fabrice."

Kroll resides in Los Angeles and enjoys eating pigs in a blanket and chocolate-covered pretzels.
