"Nikita" Season 3 on The CW is a drama based on the film/television franchise about an assassin for a top-secret government organization who goes rogue and the new assassin who is trained to replace her. The series stars Maggie Q as Nikita.

Season two of this sexy and suspenseful series saw dramatic upheavals in the life of rogue superspy Nikita (played by international action star Maggie Q), as she continued her crusade against Division, the agency that took her from the streets and forced her

to kill for the government. Nikita and Michael set out to correct the wrongs of Division… only to discover that Alex, Nikita's protégé, has joined Division in order to avenge her father's death. When Nikita helps her achieve her vendetta, the trio is once again united, and a new, powerful team of heroes is formed. These include punk rock hacker Seymour Birkhoff, brilliant CIA analyst Ryan Fletcher, and ex-Navy SEAL Sean Pierce. Nikita began her journey by searching for a home she never had, only to find a home she never expected: Division itself.

The cast includes Maggie Q as Nikita Mears, Shane West as Michael, Lyndsy Fonseca as Alex, Aaron Stanford as Birkhoff, Dillon Casey as Sean Pierce, Noah Bean as Ryan Fletcher, with Melinda Clarke as Amanda and Xander Berkeley as Percy.

The new "Nikita" (TV show) is from Warner Bros. Television in association with Wonderland Sound and Vision, with executive producers Craig Silverstein ("Bones," "K-Ville"), David Levinson ("The Commish"), Danny Cannon ("CSI: Crime Scene Investigation," "Chuck"), McG ("Supernatural," "Chuck," "The O.C.," "Charlie's Angels") and Peter Johnson ("Supernatural," "Chuck").

I would hope the writers followed suit on the old Classic of LaFemme Nikita. Michael & Nikita had a very deep and gentle romance, the only expression Michael showed were a slight smile and a lot of loving body language and made a lot of love to Nikita with his eyes. When in fact Michael was a cold blooded assian, and there were NEVER many words or facial expressions with any of his work. In fact only a few loving words to Nikita. In my opinion if it is not much like the old series I won't be watching. I know Shane West can pull it off, but from the previews I have seen, they have allowed to many facial expressions, when that wasn't Michael at all. I realize the show has to be changed somewhat, but NOT the relationships or actions of the two stars.

Think of Dollhouse revisited, and that's what you've got...done well. People, you've got to know that this entire genre began in 1967 with "The Prisoner" and control!!!
