Norm Sousa hosts Spike TV's reality series "Never Do This at Home" along with Teddy Wilson.

Norm Sousa is a comedian, actor and writer from Toronto currently living in New York City. He started his career at the Humber College Comedy writing and performance program. After graduating with honors, he was nominated for the Mike Myers Award and founded the sketch comedy troupe punchDRYSDALE. While producing, directing and writing, the group performed at the Los Angeles and Chicago sketch comedy festivals as well as multiple appearances at the Toronto Sketch Comedy Festival. After being the last troupe to perform at the historic Tim Sims Playhouse with three sold-out revues, they became only the second troupe to perform on Toronto's Second City Main stage with the Canadian Comedy Award nominated show "For Crying Out Loud!"

While honing his improv skills at The Second City conservatory program, Norm joined the Canadian Comedy Award winning sketch comedy ensemble The Sketchersons. After performing in the Toronto Just for Laugh's festival, Massey Hall New Years Eve show and The Chicago Sketch Comedy Festival, the group went on hiatus. Norm then left the stage and began working in television, appearing on "The Jon Dore Show," "Canadian Idol: All Access" and Much Music's "Video on Trial" before becoming a cast member on Comedy Network's series "Hotbox" as well as working on the "Young Hollywood" pilot project in New York and Los Angeles.

In 2008, with over 7 Canadian Comedy Award nominations, The Sketchersons opened their own venue, Toronto's home for independent comedy, Comedy Bar, where Norm became the head writer and producer of the award-winning show "Sunday Night Live." He continues to produce and perform on a number of shows including "catch23 Improv," "Saturday Night's Main Event" and a variety of shows with long-time sketch duo punchDRYSDALE. Along with working on pilot projects, Sousa has continued working in television including an appearance on CTV's "Dan for Mayor" and "Sketchersons TV" and working as cast member on Bite TV's series "Comedy Bar."

During this time Norm has appeared in dozens of commercials across North America for Coors Light Brewing Co., BMW, Bell Canada, Nickelodeon, Future Shop, Tim Horton's, Nestle, Bud Light and Campbell's.

Recently, Norm has worked for The Score television network head writing and co-hosting the daily sports comedy show called "The Break," hosting a daily WWE podcast, as well as appearing on the network's top rated program, "Aftermath."
