"Pawn Queens" (TLC TV show) takes viewers inside the wheeling and dealing world of pawning. Each half-hour episode follows owners Minda and Nikki, and their business partners Greg and Tom as they pawn, purchase and sell anything that helps their fledgling company stay afloat. "Pawn Queens" reveals what it takes to run the only pawn shop that caters to women, as well as what's involved in the pawning process.

Each episode features Minda and Nikki struggling to debunk the stereotype that the pawn business is just a man's world. Each item that comes through their doors is an opportunity to win big or lose big.
"Pawn Queens" kicks off in crisis mode when a woman comes by to collect her diamond ring she used as collateral for a pawn loan and Nikki and Tom can't seem to find it. If it doesn't turn up, the shop will have to pay the woman the cost of the ring: $10,000.
