Rachel Nash stars in "The Almighty Johnsons" on Syfy as Ingrid, a hairdresser, part-time fortune-teller, enthusiastic genealogist and also the human incarnation of Snotra, the Norse Goddess of wisdom.

As well as teaching drama for over a decade, Rachel Nash has had a long acting career on the stage and screen in a plethora of roles. Her television roles include "The Cult," "The Pretender," "Shortland Street" and "Outrageous Fortune."

Nash also played a lead role in the 1998 film "Life Class" and in 2007 was featured in the films "We're Here to Help," "Jinx Sister" and "The Map Reader." More recently she starred in the 2009 film, "Matariki."

Nash's extensive theatrical career has seen her acting in more than thirty different plays and productions by the Auckland Theatre Company and Centrepoint Theatre.
