Darby spends his time off at home in New Zealand with his wife and two young sons.

providing the sound effects to go with it. It is of some note that before entering the arts, Rhys was a soldier in the New Zealand army (yes, they have an army) and he is also a keen dancer. He once performed in his sister's dance troupe which toured schools of Australia with the dance version of "Lord of the Rings."
