"Roseanne's Nuts" on Lifetime is a reality docu-series that marks the eagerly-awaited return of Roseanne Barr, the Emmy Award-winning actress, comedienne and best-selling author, to television. The series follows Barr's decision to manage a fully functional 40-acre macadamia and live stock farm in Hawaii after a long, self-imposed sabbatical from series television.

Viewers of "Roseanne's Nuts" will see Barr, who, after tiring of living in frenzied Los Angeles and everything associated with the city, abandons Southern California to experience the newfound tranquility of farm life on the Big Island alongside her long-time writer-musician boyfriend Johnny Argent and son Jake. Never one to back down from any challenge throughout her life, as only Roseanne Barr can, she comes out of hiding to use her take-no-prisoners approach to life that catapulted her to stardom and shape a more pure and utopian dream she envisions for herself and her loved ones. What is captured is a funny, outrageous and unfiltered look at why Barr left behind the massive success and power afforded to her in order to transition into an adventurous new life that is a far, far cry from Los Angeles and the entertainment business.

"Roseanne's Nuts" is produced by 3 Ball Productions/Eyeworks USA ("The Biggest Loser," "Extreme Makeover: Weight Loss Edition") and Full Moon & High Tide Productions. Roseanne Barr, JD Roth, Todd A. Nelson, Brant Pinvidic, Steven Greener and Rob Sharenow, Gena McCarthy and Jim Rapsas of Lifetime Television are executive producers. Jake Pentland ("The Roseanne Show") serves as producer.
