Captain Roy "Roundhead" Wilkerson from "Big Shrimpin'" stars in the History Channel reality docu-series.

Heading up the Miss Ashleigh, Captain Roundhead says he was once the "best shrimper in the biz." The last few years have sent some bad luck his way, however. Roy Wilkerson's son, Jonathan Wilkerson, also works on the boat — and their relationship is a testy one.
