A graduate of the University of Southern California's esteemed theater department, Ryan Eggold quickly landed recurring roles on CBS's "The Young and the Restless," HBO's "Entourage," Cartoon Network's "Out of Jimmy's Head," "Brothers & Sisters" and The CW's "Veronica Mars" before obtaining his first series regular gig on FX Network's "Dirt." a young reporter whose willingness to bend the rules lands him a job at Dirt Now. Assigned to Willa to learn the ways of tabloid journalism, Farber quickly finds that he would like more than just a working relationship with Lucy's protégé.

In addition to his work in television, Ryan Eggold made his professional stage debut in the acclaimed 2006 Ahmanson Theatre/Center Theatre Group production "Dead End," and has since appeared in "Leipzig" and "Marat/Sade."

Ryan Eggold also enjoys writing plays and screenplays. Ryan Eggold also co-writes music for, and sings in, the Los Angeles indie rock band, Eleanor Avenue.
